1. The Blast Technique
The blast technique aims to improve your ability to stop coming just as when your really, really aroused. In a scale of 1 to 10, this would be stopping when you reach an 8 or a 9.
When performing this technique, you need to be undisturbed for a few minutes. Some men choose to do it while taking a shower, which is great because this allows you to do this exercise regularly, which increases its efficacy.
Here’s what you do. Use whatever method you want to get yourself aroused very quickly. Put some lube in your hand and just jerk your penis fast and hard. Keep going at it so you come close to coming. Just as you feel yourself approaching the point of no return, stop jerking it and try to step back.
2. The Edging Technique
